Being a model, I do exercise parts of my physicality for work and so a common question is; what are your services and limits?
My comfortable limits with body, self and others in and through out a shoot is imperative to cypher out. Be transparent and thus relaxed and feeling that fullness.
Take the car analogy-you need to fix some parts and inquire auto shops about their “services” what are they able to fix in their mechanic labor? Analogue to this storyline is what I can make in our time to greater support your bodies ecosystem?
